Very little experience with a rower. Had some problems with the transition into the second row, pressed the wrong buttons and forgot the foot straps. So sub 6 should be in the box. Could have pushed the second row a bit more. Don't have splits for the rows because i don't really know how to read that thing. Pull Ups were not problematic at all. Felt completely recovered after a couple of minutes. Did some GHD extensions afterwards on a 45 degree thingy. Satisfied with the feeling now considering how crushed i was after part 1 yesterday.
